| I have had a few bad experiences in the past with bleeding and fading after having my oriental rugs cleaned so I was leary of trying your company. But Micah was so informative and personable. He came out to pick up my rugs and talked to me at length about the cleaning process. When he delivered them they were actually more vibrant and in better condition than when he took them.
