Again, all oriental and area rugs are hand cleaned and detailed! We feel that there is no machine process that can replace an expert rug cleaner constantly observing and modifying his technique throughout the whole rug cleaning and drying protocol.
Prior to the actual cleaning, each rug is inspected for special concerns. We sort each rug per dye type and adjust our cleaning pH to match the order. (there are 5 major dye types) Each rug is Dry-Vaced using a specialized pile lifter. The rug is then cleaned using the proper solution for each rug. We observe and adjust the cleaning techniques on a rug-by-rug basis throughout. |
